Dayle O. Blair, M.B.A., C.P.A.
| Director, Charter Accountancy Programs Dayle Blair was graduated with honors from Howard University and went on to complete his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, and a second Master's degree at the College of Arts, Science and Technology (now University of Technology) in Jamaica. During his studies, he was given the Outstanding Young Man of America Award as well as the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Finance. On graduating, he was recruited by Ford Motor Company before moving on to AT&T. Risk assessment, business process improvement and internal control management are his major specializations. He was also the principal financial officer (PFO) at the Ministry of Finance and Planning in Jamaica for some time. A recent article in the Jamaican Gleaner features Dayle Blair in his quest to improve the training of accountants everywhere as well as relating his interesting work-experience. |
