| John McKeever has served as an Operations Manager, Consultant, Instructor, and Senior Internal Auditor. During his fourteen years in the Audit Department at A T & T, he conducted a wide range of internal and external audits. These included numerous audits in finance, operations. and information technology. In addition, he has been a consultant on many process improvement projects at A T & T and their affiliates. John has trained thousands of auditors and managers at the A T & T School of Business, The Institute of Internal Auditors, and in private practice. As a frequent speaker at public seminars, professional associations, and corporations, he has motivated thousands of listeners to implement quality process improvements. In recognition of his achievements as an instructor, The Institute of Internal Auditors has awarded John the designation of Distinguished Adjunct Faculty Member. John has degrees in Business Administration and Management, a Master of Science Degree in Management Technology, and a graduate Certificate in Total Quality Management. He is an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Auditor, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Certified Professional Consultant. John is an active member of numerous professional organizations: the American Society for Quality, The Institute of Internal Auditors, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, The Institute of Internal Auditors Control Self Assessment Center, and the Liberty Bell Speakers Association. |
